Amazon EC2 R6in and R6idn instances are now available in additional regions

Amazon EC2 R6in and R6idn Instances Now Available in Europe (Paris) and Canada (Central)
Amazon EC2 R6in and R6idn instances, powered by 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors and built on the AWS Nitro System, are now available in AWS Europe (Paris) and Canada (Central) regions. These instances offer up to 200Gbps network bandwidth, 2x more network bandwidth, and up to 2x higher packet-processing performance compared to fifth-generation instances.
Use these instances for network-intensive workloads such as SQL and NoSQL databases, in-memory caches, in-memory databases, and real-time big data analytics.
- Instance Sizes: 10 sizes including metal, up to 128 vCPUs and 1024 GiB of memory
- EBS Bandwidth: Up to 100 Gbps
- EBS IOPS: Up to 400K IOPS
- EFA Support: Available on 32xlarge and metal sizes
- Instance Storage: R6idn instances offer up to 7.6 TB
