Amazon Connect Cases Updates
Amazon Connect Cases now supports AWS Service Quotas, providing administrators with a centralized view of applied limits, utilization monitoring, and the ability to scale case workloads without unexpected service constraints. Quota increases can be requested directly from the Service Quotas console, with eligible requests automatically approved.

- Monitor your case workloads and request quota increases as needed.
- Utilize the Service Quotas console for managing limits.
Amazon Connect Cases is available in multiple regions including US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (London), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Africa (Cape Town).
