Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is now available in the AWS South America (São Paulo) Region. This platform helps engineers build, connect, and optimize agents, enabling faster deployment with any framework and model, integration with enterprise systems, and continuous optimization with enforced security.

With this launch, customers in South America can deploy and operate agents closer to their end users, reducing latency and meeting data residency requirements. Available capabilities include agent runtime, identity, gateway, policy, observability, code interpreter, and browser tools.
