AWS X-Ray Adaptive Sampling

AWS X-Ray now offers adaptive sampling to help DevOps teams, SREs, and developers automatically adjust sampling rates to capture critical traces during incidents while maintaining cost-efficiency during normal operations. This feature supports two approaches: Sampling Boost and Anomaly Span Capture, which can be used independently or combined.
