AWS Well-Architected Agent Preview

AWS introduces the preview of AWS Well-Architected Agent, an AI-powered service evolving from AWS Trusted Advisor and the AWS Well-Architected Tool. It optimizes AWS infrastructure across cost, security, performance, and reliability, offering contextualized recommendations prioritized by business goals.

The agent analyzes metrics and application topology against Well-Architected best practices, delivering automation-ready fixes for Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation templates. Teams can define business goals and receive prioritized recommendations at resource, application, and architecture levels, complete with SSM runbooks and guided console walkthroughs.

What to do

  • Onboard workloads from any AWS commercial Region.
  • Access the agent in US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), and US West (Oregon).
  • Utilize AWS Support for access to the agent.
