AWS Marketplace Concurrent Agreements

AWS Marketplace now supports Concurrent Agreements for SaaS and Professional Services products, allowing multiple purchases of the same product within a single AWS account. This feature benefits both buyers and sellers by enabling multi-team procurement, mid-term expansions, and immediate transaction of multi-business unit deals.

What to do

  • Professional Services: No action required, enabled by default.
  • SaaS: Update AWS Marketplace integration to handle multiple active subscriptions, including EventBridge for notifications and updated APIs.

Starting June 1, 2026, support for Concurrent Agreements will be required for new SaaS products. Sellers can opt in now if they have completed the integration.

Available in all AWS Regions where AWS Marketplace is supported. For more details, review the Concurrent Agreements integration lab.
