AWS End User Messaging SMS launches a Generative AI Registration Reviewer (Preview)

Starting today, AWS End User Messaging customers can leverage AWS generative AI to review their phone number registrations, ensuring accurate and complete submissions to mobile carriers. The registration reviewer (preview) checks the message sample, opt-in description, use-case, help, and stop messages, providing feedback to help you submit correctly the first time.

AWS End User Messaging offers a scalable and cost-effective messaging infrastructure for developers, supporting use cases such as OTPs, account updates, appointment reminders, delivery notifications, promotions, and more.

What to do

• Utilize the registration reviewer to review and improve your phone number registrations.
• Ensure compliance with mobile carrier requirements for messaging.

Support for generative AI registration reviewer is available in all AWS Regions where End User Messaging is available.
