Amazon Location Service introduces LLM Context as a Kiro power and Claude Code plugin to improve AI performance

Amazon Location Launches New AI Agent Context
Amazon Location has introduced curated AI Agent context as a Kiro power, Claude Code plugin, and agent skill in the open Agent Skills format, compatible with any compatible agent. This context enhances generative AI tools like Kiro, Claude Code, and Cursor, improving code accuracy, speeding up feature implementation, and reducing iteration time for Amazon Location-enabled capabilities in applications.
Amazon Location Service provides geospatial data and location functionality, including maps, places search and geocoding, route planning, device tracking, and geofencing. Once integrated with AI development tools, the curated context accelerates the development of location-based solutions such as address entry forms for delivery applications, map display, nearest-store lookup, and route visualization. It includes pre-validated implementation patterns and step-by-step instructions, allowing developers to focus on application-specific logic.
