AWS Clean Rooms now supports cross-region data collaboration, allowing companies and partners to collaborate on data sources stored in different regions without moving or sharing the underlying data.

Organizations can collaborate with partners using datasets in different AWS and Snowflake regions, eliminating the need to move or replicate data. Collaboration creators can specify allowed regions for analysis results delivery, ensuring compliance with data residency and sovereignty laws.

For example, a media publisher in US East (N. Virginia) can collaborate with an advertising partner in EU Central (Frankfurt) without additional data pipelines or sharing data.
