AWS ExtendDB Version 0.1 Release

AWS has released version 0.1 of ExtendDB, an open-source project implementing the Amazon DynamoDB API with pluggable storage backends. ExtendDB allows developers to use the DynamoDB programming model in environments where the DynamoDB managed service is unavailable.
