AWS introduces next-generation memory-optimized instances, X8aedz, powered by 5th Gen AMD EPYC processors. These instances offer up to 2x higher compute performance compared to previous generation X2iezn instances.

- vCPUs: 8 sizes ranging from 2 to 96 vCPUs
- Memory: 64 to 3,072 GiB
- Local NVMe SSD Storage: Up to 8 TB

Ideal for electronic design automation (EDA) workloads, physical layout, physical verification jobs, and relational databases requiring high single-threaded processor performance and large memory footprint.

US West (Oregon) and Asia Pacific (Tokyo)
