Amazon RDS for Oracle now supports M8i and R8i instances

Amazon RDS for Oracle
Now supports M8i and R8i instances powered by custom Intel Xeon 6 processors, delivering the highest performance and fastest memory bandwidth among comparable Intel processors in the cloud. To use the new instances, modify your existing RDS database instance or create a new one from the RDS Management Console, or using the AWS SDK or CLI.
What to do
- Modify your existing RDS database instance to use M8i or R8i instances.
- Create a new RDS database instance using M8i or R8i instances from the RDS Management Console, AWS SDK, or CLI.
