Amazon Quick Suite now offers memory for chat agents, enabling personalized responses based on previous conversations. This feature remembers user preferences and generates tailored responses, allowing users to view and remove any unwanted memories. Previously, users had to repeatedly specify preferences and clarify topics, which memory now addresses by learning from past interactions to improve response accuracy.
What to do
- Start using memory features in Quick Suite chat agents.
- Control and manage your memories by viewing and removing them as needed.
- Opt for Private Mode to prevent conversations from being used to infer memories.
