Amazon Quick Suite launches expanded size, faster ingestion, and richer data type support for SPICE datasets

Amazon Quick Suite

SPICE engine enhancements include higher scale, faster ingestion, and broader data types for advanced analytics and AI-driven workloads. Key updates:

  • Dataset Size: Increased from 1TB to 2TB per dataset.
  • String Length: Expanded from 2K to 64K Unicode characters.
  • Timestamp Range: Extended from year 1400 back to year 0001.

These improvements enable broader data coverage, faster data onboarding, and more powerful analytics without compromising performance. Available in Amazon Quick Sight Enterprise Editions across all supported regions.
