Amazon Connect Scheduling for Individual Agents

Amazon Connect now supports scheduling of individual agents, providing enhanced flexibility in workforce scheduling. This feature allows you to create schedules for new agents and merge them with existing schedules, improving manager productivity and operational efficiency.
