Amazon Connect now allows you to test and simulate chat experiences in just a few clicks, making it easy to validate self-service chat interactions, customer service workflows, and their outcomes. Configure test parameters including the channel, customer attributes, chat reasons, expected responses, and business conditions. Results show success or failure based on defined criteria, along with the interaction path and detailed logs.
You can run multiple tests simultaneously to validate chat workflows at scale, reducing testing time. Companies can view test results and identify common failure patterns across all tests in Connect's analytics dashboards.
