Amazon Connect Customer now supports scheduling tasks up to 90 days in advance, aiding in planning, routing, and tracking long-term follow-up work. This feature allows teams like insurance adjusters to plan tasks such as adjuster visits, parts availability checks, and repair completion follow-ups, ensuring tasks are routed to the correct team with relevant context.
You can schedule tasks using the StartTaskContact API, flows, or the agent workspace.
This feature is available in all commercial and AWS GovCloud (US) regions where Amazon Connect Customer is offered.

- Schedule tasks up to 90 days in advance using StartTaskContact API, flows, or the agent workspace.
- Ensure tasks are routed to the correct team with relevant context.
