Amazon Bedrock AgentCore introduces new capabilities in AWS GovCloud (US-West) to help teams in regulated environments build and optimize agents more efficiently.

New Features

• AgentCore Memory: Provides agents with short-term and long-term memory for more intelligent, personalized experiences.
• Policy in AgentCore: Offers centralized, fine-grained controls for agent-tool interactions using natural language policies converted to Cedar.
• Managed Harness: Allows developers to declare an agent's model, tools, and instructions through configuration, running it with minimal API calls.
