Ministral-3-14B-Instruct for multimodal reasoning and agentic AI is now available in Amazon SageMaker JumpStart

AWS announced the availability of Ministral-3-14B-Instruct-2512 in Amazon SageMaker JumpStart, a new foundation model with multimodal capabilities optimized for edge deployment.

New Features

• Multimodal capabilities for analyzing images and providing insights based on visual content in addition to text.
• Agentic capabilities with native function calling and JSON output.
• Multilingual understanding across dozens of languages.

What to do

• Deploy the model with a few clicks in SageMaker Studio or using the SageMaker Python SDK.
• Refer to the Amazon SageMaker JumpStart documentation for more information.
