Beam model by Reflection is now available on Amazon SageMaker JumpStart and AWS Trainium

Reflection Beam Available in Amazon SageMaker JumpStart

Reflection Beam, the first open weight model by Reflection, is now available in Amazon SageMaker JumpStart. Beam offers strong performance in reasoning, coding, and agentic benchmarks. It allows teams to fine-tune, inspect, and modify the model, embedding it in their agents and workflows while maintaining control over their data and infrastructure.

Beam is optimized for AWS Trainium3, providing a high-performance, cost-efficient option for deployment and scaling. It is available in US East (N. Virginia) and US East (Ohio) regions, in BF16, FP8, and NVFP4 checkpoint variants.

What to do

• Search for "Beam" in SageMaker JumpStart within Amazon SageMaker Studio.
• Deploy it directly on SageMaker AI.
• Read the AWS Machine Learning blog for more information.
• Refer to the SageMaker AI documentation and SageMaker JumpStart documentation for deployment guidance.
