AWS Secrets Manager adds managed external secrets support for Paddle and GitLab

AWS Secrets Manager Updates
AWS Secrets Manager now supports managed external secrets for Paddle API Keys and GitLab Access Tokens. This allows automatic rotation of third-party credentials directly from AWS Secrets Manager.
New Features
- Managed external secrets for Paddle API Keys with a configurable grace period for seamless transitions.
- Managed external secrets for GitLab Access Tokens (Personal, Group, and Project) using GitLab's atomic rotation mechanism.
