AWS Secrets Manager adds managed external secrets support for Databricks and Twilio

AWS Secrets Manager Updates

AWS Secrets Manager now supports automatic credential rotation for Databricks and Twilio, allowing you to manage and rotate credentials securely without custom code. Set up rotation directly from the AWS Management Console or API.

For Databricks, you can rotate personal access tokens for jobs and CI/CD pipelines, and for Twilio, rotate API keys and Auth Tokens for messaging and calls. Each rotation retains the original scope of the token.

What to do

• Set up rotation for Databricks and Twilio in the AWS Management Console or via API.
• Ensure your applications automatically pick up rotated values without code changes.
