AWS Secrets Manager adds managed external secrets support for Cisco Security Platform and Netskope

AWS Secrets Manager Updates
AWS Secrets Manager now supports automatic rotation of Cisco Security Platform API keys and Netskope API tokens directly from the AWS console. This feature eliminates the need for custom rotation code.
For Cisco Security Platform, Secrets Manager rotates the API key's refresh token according to your schedule, ensuring the credential remains active. For Netskope, Secrets Manager rotates RBACv3 service-account REST API tokens via Netskope's SCIM API and validates the new token before completing the rotation. Both integrations are self-authenticating, requiring no separate administrator credentials.
What to do
- Enable automatic rotation for your Cisco Security Platform and Netskope credentials in the AWS Secrets Manager console.
- Review the updated documentation for more details on the new integrations.
