AWS Deadline Cloud Monitor Update

The AWS Deadline Cloud monitor now shows the progress, status, and health of your automatic file downloads from jobs running in the cloud. This update allows customers to confirm that automatically configured job outputs successfully downloaded to their destination drive.

New Features

• New Download status column at both the job and task level, showing download progress and confirming when all output files are available on your drive.
• An indicator displays how current that status is.
• Clear guidance is provided if files are unavailable for any reason, outlining next steps.

What to do

• Update the Deadline Cloud Monitor desktop app to access the new download status feature.
• Use the new Download status column to confirm output availability before downstream tasks begin.
• Eliminate manual drive verification for large-scale render pipelines.
