AWS Continuum for Code Vulnerabilities Now Generally Available

AWS announces the general availability of AWS Continuum for code vulnerabilities, which discovers, validates, prioritizes, and remediates code vulnerabilities at machine speed.

Continuum builds a context graph from your AWS environment, including resource topology, identity relationships, and network reachability. It prioritizes findings by business impact and provides remediation patches directly to developer workflows.

Key Features

  • Context Graph: Builds from your AWS environment to understand application components and business risk.
  • Vulnerability Management: Ingests existing findings, scans code, and tests exploitability in an isolated sandbox.
  • AI-Driven Remediation: Starts in Learn mode for proposed fixes and switches to Enforce mode for autonomous action.
  • Integration: Works alongside existing AWS security services like Amazon GuardDuty and AWS Security Hub.
