AWS has announced the public preview of AWS Interconnect, a new way for customers to connect their workloads across multiple cloud service providers (CSPs) with Microsoft Azure. This purpose-built product simplifies the complexities of building and managing global multi-layered networks at scale.

- Interoperability: AWS Interconnect allows customers to quickly provision resilient, scalable private connections to other cloud providers.
- Managed Experience: Customers can manage their connectivity through a single, managed experience without compromise.
- Available Regions: Interconnect - multicloud is available in preview with Microsoft Azure in the following AWS Regions: US East (N. Virginia), US West (N. California), Asia Pacific (Sydney), and Europe (Frankfurt).
- Creation Methods: You can create a preview Interconnect using the AWS Management Console, Command Line Interface (CLI), or API.
