Amazon Connect Decisions General Availability

AWS has announced the general availability of Amazon Connect Decisions, an agentic AI planning and intelligence solution designed to help supply chain teams transition from reactive to proactive operations. Leveraging 30 years of Amazon operational science and over 25 specialized supply chain tools, AI teammates adapt to your business, learn from team decisions, and continuously enhance operations.

Amazon Connect Decisions is suitable for businesses in retail, consumer packaged goods, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors aiming to transform their supply chain operations without replacing existing systems.

AI teammates operate 24/7 to harmonize demand signals into consensus forecasts, generate constraint-aware supply plans, and monitor supply chain operations. They detect variances, perform automated root cause analysis, and prioritize exceptions based on business priorities, providing actionable recommendations.
