Announcing Blockchain Snapshots on AWS for node bootstrapping

Blockchain Snapshots on AWS
AWS is introducing Blockchain Snapshots on AWS, a service that provides pre-synced public blockchain node chain data in Amazon S3, allowing you to bootstrap a node from a snapshot instead of syncing from the network. This service benefits from reduced latency and optimized data transfer.
Snapshots are available for Ethereum and Solana, free of charge, and refresh on the same cadence as the upstream provider. They can be used to add capacity to an RPC fleet, recover a failed node, or re-sync a corrupted database.
Available in US East (N. Virginia), Europe (Ireland), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo) Regions, access requires an Amazon EC2 instance in the same Region with an Amazon S3 gateway VPC endpoint.
What to do
- Visit the Blockchain Snapshots on AWS documentation for setup instructions and to download the latest snapshots.
