Amazon WorkSpaces Applications is now available in three new AWS Regions

AWS WorkSpaces Applications Region Expansion

AWS has expanded the regional availability for Amazon WorkSpaces Applications, now available in Europe (Zurich), Asia Pacific (Osaka), and Canada West (Calgary). This expansion allows customers to deploy applications and desktops closer to their end users, providing a more responsive experience and meeting data residency and compliance requirements.

WorkSpaces Applications is a fully managed, secure application streaming service that enables users to stream applications and desktops from AWS without local software installation. It automatically scales and provides on-demand access to users.

What to do

• Sign into the WorkSpaces Applications management console and select the new regions.
