Amazon Timestream for InfluxDB 3 Support

Amazon Timestream for InfluxDB now offers support for InfluxDB 3, enabling developers and DevOps teams to run InfluxDB 3 databases as a managed service. This new architecture leverages Apache Arrow, Apache DataFusion, and Parquet storage for high-performance data processing and large-scale analytical workloads.

New Features

  • Support for InfluxDB 3 databases as a managed service.
  • Built on Apache Arrow for in-memory data processing.
  • Apache DataFusion for query execution.
  • Columnar Parquet storage format with data persistence in Amazon S3.
  • Two editions available: Core and Enterprise.
  • Enterprise edition supports multi-node cluster configurations with up to 3 nodes.
