Amazon RDS for Oracle

Amazon RDS for Oracle now offers Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 (SE2) License Included R7i and M7i instances in Asia Pacific (Taipei) region. With these instances, you do not need to purchase Oracle Database licenses. Simply launch the instances through the AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, or AWS SDKs, with no separate license or support charges.
