Amazon RDS Custom for SQL Server

Now supports the latest Cumulative Updates (CU) for Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Server 2022 CU26 KB5093420 (RDS version 16.00.4265.3.v1).

For more information on the improvements and fixes, refer to the Microsoft documentation for KB5093420.

What to do

  • Upgrade your Amazon RDS Custom for SQL Server instances using the Amazon RDS Management Console, AWS SDK, or CLI.
  • Consult the Amazon RDS Custom User Guide for detailed upgrade instructions.
