AWS has launched Amazon Quick Suite Embedded Chat, allowing you to integrate Quick Suite's conversational AI into your applications. This feature combines structured data and unstructured knowledge in a single conversation, eliminating the need to build conversational interfaces from scratch.
Quick Suite Embedded Chat provides a unified experience directly within your applications, whether it's a CRM, support console, or analytics portal. It integrates easily through 1-click embedding or API-based iframes for registered users.
