Amazon Quick Connectors Update

Amazon Quick connectors now offer enhanced tool settings and MCP sync support, providing admins and connector owners with more control over connector deployment and updates.

New Features

  • Selectively enable or disable individual tools within a connector.
  • New tool permission settings for admins to decide which tools require consent.
  • MCP sync keeps connectors current with external MCP server updates.

What to do

  • Review and adjust tool settings for your connectors.
  • Configure tool permissions to meet your organization's needs.
  • Ensure MCP sync is enabled to keep connectors up to date.
