Amazon MWAA now available in Mexico (Central) Region

Amazon MWAA Provisioned Environments in Mexico (Central) Region
Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (Amazon MWAA) Provisioned environments are now available in the Mexico (Central) Region (mx-central-1). This addition complements the existing Amazon MWAA Serverless availability in the region, enabling customers to use both Provisioned and Serverless environments for their Apache Airflow workflows.
Amazon MWAA is a managed orchestration service for Apache Airflow that simplifies the setup and operation of data pipelines in the cloud at scale.
Customers can create Provisioned environments using the AWS Management Console, the AWS CLI, the AWS SDKs, or AWS CloudFormation. This new availability in Mexico (Central) allows customers to run their workflows closer to their data sources and end users, reducing latency and aiding in meeting data residency requirements.
What to do
- Create Provisioned environments in the Mexico (Central) Region using the AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, AWS SDKs, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Run workflows closer to data sources and end users to reduce latency and meet data residency requirements.
