Amazon MWAA AI Agent Skills Integration

Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) now integrates with the Agent Toolkit for AWS to provide built-in AI agent skills for authoring, debugging, testing MWAA workflows, and upgrading environments. These skills include authoring-mwaa-workflow, debugging-mwaa-workflow, testing-mwaa-workflow, and upgrading-mwaa-environments. They allow your AI assistant to interact with MWAA using natural language, simplifying the creation and maintenance of data pipelines.

These skills are compatible with both Amazon MWAA Provisioned and Amazon MWAA Serverless environments and are available in all AWS Regions where Amazon MWAA is offered.

What to do

• Install the aws-data-analytics plugin.
• Configure your AI coding assistant to use the MWAA agent skills.
• Refer to the Amazon MWAA User Guide and the Agent Toolkit for AWS documentation for more information.
