Amazon Connect now supports multiple choice and date questions in evaluation forms

Amazon Connect Updates
Amazon Connect now offers two new evaluation question types to gain deeper insights into human and AI agent performance. Managers can create questions allowing multiple answer selections, such as products a customer was interested in during a sales conversation. Additionally, managers can now capture dates for customer and agent actions within evaluation forms, such as when a customer applied for a loan and when it was approved.
