Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns

Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns now supports WhatsApp, allowing for proactive, automated campaigns on the preferred messaging platform. You can deliver communications such as appointment reminders, payment notifications, order updates, and product recommendations directly through WhatsApp. This feature is available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns is supported.

What to do

  • Set up WhatsApp campaigns using the familiar Amazon Connect interface.
  • Define your target audience, choose personalized message templates, and schedule delivery times.
  • Apply compliance guardrails to ensure proper communication management.
