Amazon Connect introduces audio enhancements for noisy environments

Amazon Connect Audio Enhancement Release
AWS has introduced Audio Enhancement for Amazon Connect, improving audio quality and reliability for voice calls in noisy contact center environments. This feature allows agents to be heard more clearly, even with background noise.
Audio Enhancement offers two modes: "Voice Isolation" suppresses background noises and speech, while "Noise Suppression" only suppresses background noises. Administrators can enable these modes through the User Management page, and agents can adjust settings from the Contact Control Panel.
What to do
- Enable Audio Enhancement for agents via the User Management page.
- Select the appropriate mode based on agent equipment and setup.
- Agents can adjust settings directly from the Contact Control Panel.
