Amazon Bedrock introduces Reserved Service tier

Amazon Bedrock Reserved Service Tier
Amazon Bedrock introduces a new Reserved service tier for workloads requiring predictable performance and guaranteed tokens-per-minute capacity. This tier offers prioritized compute capacity, ensuring consistent service levels for mission-critical applications. It allows for flexible allocation of input and output tokens-per-minute to match workload requirements and manage costs effectively.
The Reserved tier targets 99.5% uptime for model response and is available for Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5. Customers can reserve capacity for 1 month or 3 months. They pay a fixed price per 1K tokens-per-minute and are billed monthly.
What to do
- Contact your AWS account team to get access to the Reserved tier.
- Review the AWS Regions where Amazon Bedrock Reserved is available in the Documentation.
