AI Troubleshooting in AWS Support Center Console Now Available in Seven Languages
AI troubleshooting in the AWS Support Center Console is now available in seven additional languages: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin (Simplified), Mandarin (Traditional), Spanish, Portuguese, and French. This update aims to provide a more inclusive experience for customers who prefer to interact in their native language.
AWS Support's AI troubleshooting assists customers in resolving issues faster by offering immediate, contextual recommendations during the creation and tracking of support cases. This feature is now seamlessly integrated into the support experience and is accessible to all customers, irrespective of their support plan.
What to do
- Access the new language support by selecting your preferred language in the console settings.
- Click on the “Try it now” link in the banner at the top of the AWS Support Center Console to start using AI troubleshooting in your chosen language.
This feature is available in all AWS Regions where AI troubleshooting in the AWS Support Center Console is offered: US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), Europe (Ireland). To learn more about AWS Support Center Console and AI troubleshooting, see our user guide.
